さて、例によってざっくり読んでみると・・・

・港と貿易の中心地
・多くの旅行者が訪れる
今回も最初の部分だけでわかってしまいそうですね。
答えはホノルル（Honolulu）ですね。

capital というと、首都とか資本という意味が思い浮かぶと思いますが、州都というときにも使います。
